Instant Intuition Exercise | Intuition Exercises

You have access to so much intuition in your life. Sometimes it is just a matter of using simple exercises to access it.

Here is a little exercise that should come in handy, I call it the “Instant Intuition Exercise.” Here are the steps:

  1. Give yourself a peaceful moment in a chair. Relax and close your eyes, taking some nice deep breaths.
  2. In your mind’s eye, imagine a person (or a thing) that you want information about. See them in light just in front of your forehead with your eyes closed. Visualize that person or thing made up of light.
  3. Now let this image tell you things about itself. If it is a person, see if you can see or feel any information coming from this person. Don’t force it, just let it come to you.

Remember that the art of using your intuition is the art of receiving. Be patient and receive what comes naturally to you. You may be surprised with the results.
